What a beautiful temple!!! As a family we have visited various of the temples in Utah and taken our precious children to go in with us to their open house.

Brigham City Utah Temple was announced by Pres Thomas S Monson on October
3, 2009, the ground breaking was on July 31, 2010 by Elder Boyd K Packer, President of the Quorum of the Twelve. This is the 139th temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the 14th in Utah.
The majority of wood used in the temple comes from a hard rock maple, and all woodcarvings were rough carved by machine before being finished by hand. Emperador light stone imported from Turkey is used throughout the temple's interior. eighteen fruit-bearing trees adorn the temple grounds. The temple will serve over 40,000 Church members in northern Utah and southeastern Idaho.
